Description

Children First Childcare Centre is in need of a full time childcare worker for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and have a desire to enhance the lives of young children.

Job description:

Support the director with the daily operations of the centre. Main area will be in the Toddler Room.

Promote positive behavior with the children. Encouraging behavior to foster the development of self esteem and self confidence.

Assist children with self help skills(Washing hands, getting dressed, feeding themselves, etc)

Assist with housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sanitizing, etc.

Requirements:

Criminal Record check with vulnerable sector

With the help of the director, you may be eligible to obtain your Early Childhood Level One certificate while employed at Children First Childcare.
