We are currently looking for a relationship-focused Sales Manager to join our Swift Current team.
The Role
- Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success.
- Review sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
- Hire and train new Account Managers when needed.
- You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
- Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the General or Regional Manager
