To manage the day-today administrative operation of the gymnastics club and ensure seamless communication and customer service.
Serve as the front-line representative for families & clients.
Handle phone, email and in-person inquiries professionally.
Manage class registration, waivers and athlete records
Support communication between staff, coaches and families
Maintain accurate records, data bases, and filing systems (digital & physical), waivers, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports, documents and correspondence as requested.
Monitor & order office supplies and ensure front desk material are stocked.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 7:30 pm - Saturday/Sunday minimum of 4 hours.
Experience in the field of gymnastics preferred
Must have prior knowledge and experience with Excel, WORD & Outlook.
