This role for Interpro Regina Tubular requires the individual to be able to repair, troubleshoot and install machinery and equipment using different tools and/or equipment. The ability to read repair documents, manuals, blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures is required.
Must work in full compliance with the approved safety regulations.
Assembling and installing machines then testing them to make sure they are working correctly.
Identifying and repairing problematic parts of a machine by running tests, making temporary repairs, or installing new parts
Overseeing preventive maintenance by identifying and correcting potential issues, removing worn out pieces and lubricating mechanical parts
Using machinery or equipment, such as forklifts, dollies, hoists, and trucks to move mechanical parts when needed.
Reading blueprints and schematic drawings to understand how machinery should be assembled.
Requirements
Qualified as Journeyman Level Millwright (Red Seal)
5 years of experience in Heavy Industrial Plant Maintenance preferred
Experience using all manner of tools & equipment including hydraulic hose crimpers, bearing heaters, pipe fitting tools, alignment jigs / lasers, hoists, cutting torches and welding equipment
