Job Description: Ensures the highest standard of care and services are provided to the patients and families. As an experienced practitioner, the incumbent acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination, teaching, and support to the care team which includes, the patient, family members, and interdisciplinary team members within a collaborative environment.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience- Minimum of three to five years working in an acute care setting
Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training- Community Oncology Program of Saskatchewan trained
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable

Knowledge and Abilities- Ability to take initiative
Other Information- Must successfully complete dialysis training.
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
