Our priority is to make sure we hire professional Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative that care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community. As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice.
- Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
- Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Enter intelligence gathered into our ARES and Trux systems for future follow up.
- Working with operations and administrative staff in a team environment but must be capable of working independently.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work with sales team to call on all sales campaigns/promotions, new service launch and other sales related initiatives
What We Need From You:
- Experience in high-volume Inside Sales/Customer Servicepreferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
