Description

This position supports MGBHLMFN Economic Development mission through the development, implementation and coordination of a variety of human resources services and programs including those affecting employment, labour and employee relations, compensation, recruitment and indoctrination, training and development and the development of policies and programs.  

Duties:
    Communicate effectively General Manager and Directors/all employees in a timely, responsible and professional manner.
    Provides administrative support and manages the organizational chart updates.
    Supports the development of position descriptions and qualifications in alignment with the organizational structure and culture and to support MGBHLMFN Economic Development goals and mission.
    Coordinates employment recruitment activities, assuring that properly qualified employees are recruited and hired for MGBHLMFM Economic Development positions in accordance with established policies.
    Coordinates and supports the selection, promotion and placement of employees.
    Research and coordinates employee training programs intended to enhance MGBHLMFN Economic Development organizational capacity as well as improve employees skills, knowledge and abilities.
    Provides support in the creation and delivery of employee orientation for all new employees.
    Manages the administration of employee personnel files.
    Tracks and records up to date statistics for all staff regarding time management and ensure each employee has this information consistently
