We are seeking a Finance & Procurement Assistant to join our team as a Full-time 90-day Casual. This role provides a wide range of support in financial, procurement, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Financial transactions and reporting
General Administrative and Office Support
Other duties as assigned
Education: Completion of Secondary Education (Highschool); OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experience:
- Experience with SAP modules or a financial management reporting tool.
- Experience providing administrative or program support in two (2) or more of the following: Data entry, Policy or procedure analysis, Troubleshooting, Interpretation for internal/external stakeholders, other related duties.
- Experience delivering services and advice to managers and clients in one (1) or more of the following: Finance, Procurement, Administrative Services (e.g., salary management, records/document control, asset management, fleet management, acquisition cards, mail services, etc.)
- Experience preparing financial and administrative reports, documents, and correspondence for management.
- Experience using spreadsheet software (Excel).

Additional Requirements
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Reliability Status security clearance
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when required
- Possession of a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan drivers license (or equivalent provincial/territorial license)
