Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working person to join our team as a Service Consultant / Shop Assistant. This is a mixed role where youll spend time helping customers up front and lending a hand in the shop. If you like variety in your day, this could be a great fit!

What youll be doing:

-Greeting customers, writing up their service requests, and keeping them updated

-Helping with scheduling, estimates, simple paperwork, and taking payments

-Assisting in the shop  removing parts, organizing tools, and helping technicians when needed

-Keeping the shop clean and safe (sweeping, mopping floors, taking out garbage, washing bathrooms, etc.)

What were looking for:

-Good communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude

-Willingness to jump in with both customer service and shop work

-Reliable and organized, with attention to detail

-Automotive experience is helpful, but not required  well train the right person
