Description

The Director of Investments is a hybrid position shared between the STC Investments LLP and Casino Holdings partnership.  This position will report to the Board of Directors for each company and is responsible for the ongoing successes and administratively to the STC Chief Executive Officer.  The STC Investments LLP aims to create sustainable economic opportunities and generate wealth for STCs seven First Nation communities and urban First Nation stakeholders.  STC Casino Holdings is a partnership between the STC seven (7) member communities for the ownership of the Dakota Dunes Casino facility. This position will deliver operations and the consistent achievement of its mission and organizational objectives. The Director of Investments major mandate is to work collaboratively with each Board of Directors to ensure that the organization has a long-range economic strategy that achieves its mission and makes consistent and timely progress on its goals. The Director of Investments will establish key long-term relationships with partners that enhance the organization's representation of its members. The Director of Investments will lead and direct in a way that continuously promotes STCs First Nations cultural philosophy, mission, and values.
