Job Description: Budget & Forecast Associate is responsible for performing key functions within the Finance portfolio. Reporting to the Manager Budget & Forecast, the Budget and Forecast Associate will demonstrate knowledge and experience with SHA operations while having a solid understanding of SHA policies and procedures. The Associate will provide support to the Specialists in developing operational plans and accurate forecasts based on operating results that align to the strategic plan and health authority priorities. They will also provide support on reporting whether the financial system sustainability plan has been achieved and incorporating the results into the forecast process.

Experience
- Experience working with First Nations and Metis communities and organizations
Education
- A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
