POSITION:
Diamonds of Detroit is seeking an energetic, self-motivated leader to join our team as a part/full time Assistant Manager

BASIC FUNCTION:
Work closely with the Manager to:
Direct the daily operation of the store to achieve sales and profit through leadership in accordance with company standards, corporate culture, policies, systems, and procedures.
Oversee the sales floor, sales desk and customer concerns
Monitor merchandising and displaying of jewellery
Maintain open lines of communication with Team Members and Management.
Contribute to an environment of customer satisfaction by making customer needs a priority.
Delegate tasks effectively

Strong customer service, sales, retail experience and computer skills are a definite asset but we are willing to invest training in the right candidate.

Hours-Tuesday-Friday 9:30-5:00, Saturday, 10:00-4:00pm (2 Saturdays off/month) with shortened summer hours. Every Sunday and Monday off
