This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for leading people and driving financial excellence.

As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in financial reporting and support key functions such as asset/liability and profitability management, capital and liquidity oversight, investment strategy, and enterprise risk management. You will also lead and develop a team of corporate accounting clerks, ensuring operational excellence in accounting within the Credit Union.

Your Spark (Qualifications & Experience):
- A bachelors degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) plus 46 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience in preparing accurate, timely financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and supporting organization-wide operations and projects.
- Outstanding attention-to-detail, communication, and organization
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
