Description

As the New Product Development Manager, you will work on site in St. Brieux, SK and play a pivotal role in driving the research and development activities for our hydronic heating and cooling solutions. Leveraging your engineering expertise and industry knowledge, you will lead our R&D team to create and introduce new products that set industry benchmarks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, specifically within the HVAC sector, and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering innovative projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless execution of new product initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation.
Drive research initiatives to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies in industrial hydronic heating and cooling.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of engineers and designers.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the R&D department.
Contribute to the development of a formalized quality control program, ensuring that products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, with a focus on hydronic heating solutions or related HVAC technologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
