What youll do:
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
Manage, oversee, and lead the strategy and overall day-to-day operations of the Bulk Petroleum department and cardlock operations.
Apply a broad-based level of operational knowledge, commodity direction and managerial skills to achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
Build strong customer relationships through an effective strategic marketing and networking strategy including an effective customer contact program.
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
Have a proficient understanding of petroleum, lubricant, and equipment products.
Have strong interpersonal, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Possess a valid Class 3A Drivers License (Class 1 with air considered an asset).
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills
You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills; and you optimize work processes.
You are honest and trustworthy, as well as results oriented, effectively encouraging others and striving to be the best in what you do.
