Description

Oversee Daily Operations
Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the lube shop to ensure efficient service delivery, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

    Staff Supervision and Scheduling
Manage, schedule, and supervise shop staff; assign duties based on expertise and workload to maintain smooth workflow.

    Market and Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement.


    Inventory and Procurement Management
Determine necessary automotive products and services; source, negotiate, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

    Sales and Pricing Strategy

    Customer Service Oversight
Evaluate and enhance customer service standards; handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive customer experiences.

    Budgeting and Financial Management
