Description

We're looking for passionate and flexible Early Childhood Educators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early learning and child care that aligns with our center's philosophy. You'll plan and implement developmentally appropriate programming that supports every child's growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement inclusive, play-based programming that follows the Play Exploration: Early Learning and Program Guide.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Assist with daily care routines (e.g., diapering, toileting, and hygiene), helping children build independence while providing necessary support.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and the Director to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.

Assist with preparing and cleaning up meals and snacks.

Maintain a clean and organized space by assisting with daily housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning toys and floors.

Regularly use the Lillio communication app for families and Homebase for daily tasks and time-sheet for staff.

Demonstrate a positive and open attitude, accepting direction and feedback from the Director and colleagues.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Willingness to obtain Food Safe certification (at the employer's expense).
