Job Overview
We are seeking for a Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift license / certification, experience driving mobile equipment (bobcat, load lifter, CAT, terrain forklift), and able to drive in bad weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hot) *If your certification / training has expired, the company will pay for the re-certification / re-training *
Duties
Move reels from the yard to outside
Unload reels from trailers (dry van / flat deck)
Load reels into trailer to ship to the customer
Grade reels received by customer
Kanban Inventory of Reels
Load scrap reels to be hauled to landfill
Report issues / problems with the forklift / equipment
Remove snow when needed
Unload row material (pallets, crates, flanges) for dry van
Qualifications
Previous experience with mobile equipment is mandatory
Experience driving in the snow and bad conditions is an asset
Ability to understand written and oral instructions and SOPs
Punctuality, attendance and PPE are mandatory
Attention to detail
Ability to count
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new techniques and processes as needed.

8 hour shift (from 7 am to 3:30 pm)
