We are seeking resourceful, results-driven professionals to join one of our nine Business Partner Teams. You will work strategically with ministry clients to align HR practices with operational goals, provide expert advice, and collaborate with internal specialists in areas such as labour relations, talent, and organizational development.
Ideal candidates are confident, agile communicators who build strong relationships and offer strategic HR solutions. You must analyze and interpret information, identify risks, and align HR plans with ministry objectives. Strong consulting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
Qualifications include HR generalist experience in areas such as talent management, labour relations, and organizational development, or post-secondary education in HR management. A CPHR, IPMA, or equivalent designation is an asset.
