Position Summary
The Coordinator, Student Wellbeing & Accessibility is an in-scope position reporting to the Vice president Students Services & Engagement or designate. The Coordinator, Student Wellbeing & Accessibility is a pivotal role designed to foster an equitable, compassionate, and empowering student experience. This position blends responsibilities across financial aid guidance, student career and academic counselling, and disability services to ensure every student regardless of financial, emotional or other challenges, receives the support they need. The coordinator is also responsible for the supervision of all student advisors at the college.
Education and Experience
A post-secondary diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Business, Education, or a related field relevant to the main responsibilities of the position; and
Three (3) years of experience in client support services, with exposure to areas such as financial aid, counselling, or disability support.
Prior supervisory or team management experience.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work evenings, and willing to travel including overnight stays, air travel, and travel on gravel roads.
Must possess a valid Saskatchewan drivers license.
A satisfactory criminal records check is a condition of employment
