Brandt Industries is currently seeking a results driven and highly motivated Parts Operations Manager for our Customer Support Centre in Regina, SK.
Vision
The Parts Operations Manager drives Brandts parts business by ensuring effective distribution, inventory management, and dealer support across all facilities. Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, this role oversees warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, and the Parts Planning function, providing strategic leadership to achieve operational goals, maintain inventory performance, and support dealer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage teams to continuously improve parts fill, delivery, and process efficiency while actively managing inventory performance, obsolescence, and turnover metrics.
*Develop and implement strategic stocking policies and guidelines to meet demand and maintain optimal inventory levels across all facilities.
*Oversee warehouse operations in Regina, SK, and Hudson, IL, with Warehouse Managers reporting directly to this role.
Required Skills:
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and using data to drive decisions.
*Results-driven, highly motivated, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration.
Required Experience:
*Proven managerial experience leading multiple teams in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
*Experience managing inventory performance, including turnover, obsolescence, and accuracy.
