Duties will include (but are not limited to): serving the public, operating specialized computer programs, motor license issuing, insurance sales and service, accounts receivable, preparing reports/deposits and various other duties as required
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills; able to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to specialized applications
- Be willing to participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
- Must be self-motivated, have strong organizational skills and show demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Motor licensing experience and/or an insurance license would be considered assets but training may be provided
- Experience with accounts receivable/financial software is an asset
