MLTC Industrial Investments LP (MLTCII), located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, is Canadas largest 100% First Nation-owned integrated forest product manufacturing enterprise. MLTCII exists to create successful economic development through business investment that will generate wealth, opportunity, health and prosperity for our shareholders  the nine First Nations of the Meadow Lake Tribal Council(MLTC). MLTCII provides executive, managerial and treasury support directly to the operations of NorSask Forest Products LP, NorthWind Forest Products LP, NorthWind Wood Treatment Inc, MLTC Bioenergy Centre and the MLTC Solar Energy LP.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the overall growth and long-term profitability of MLTCII and its subsidiaries companies. This includes reporting to MLTC Resource Development Inc. (MLTC RDI) and overseeing all activities from setting the strategic direction and culture to the day-to-day management of MLTCII and its subsidiaries and ensuring it is operationally aligned to make such success possible.

Position Details:

Permanent, full-time position

An important aspect of the job will be the identification, hiring and training of MLTC candidates as employees of MLTCII and its subsidiaries and their personal base career advancement. The position requires the CEO to report to the Board of Directors of RDI  and to act also in the capacity of President and CEO of the MLTCII entity.
