Job Description: As part of the Cancer Canada Research Initiative, St. Pauls Hospital (Grey Nuns), a member of the Emmanuel Health family, is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Health Coach to support prostate cancer survivors through the Sexual Health and Rehabilitation eClinic (SHAReClinic). This out-of-scope position reports to the Holistic Healing Team. SHAReClinic is a virtual, evidence-based clinic that provides tailored support and education to prostate cancer patients and their partners as they navigate challenges related to sexual dysfunction and intimacy after treatment. The Health Coach plays a vital role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey by promoting engagement, supporting self-management strategies, and ensuring consistent communication and education via a secure, virtual platform.

Human Resources Exemption: No


Experience
- 12 years of related clinical or educational experience
- Experience in oncology or survivorship care
- Experience in sexual health counseling or education
- Experience in the field of research, data capture, data analysis and grant writing
Education
- Bachelors degree in health or social sciences (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent)
Other Education & Training
- Completion of TrueNTH SHAReTraining (Sexual Health eTraining) upon employment is required
