You're the kind of person who has:
-Experience in a Customer service or advisory role
-Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
-A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
-Resilience in a fast-paced environment and a cool head under pressure
-Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (heavy-duty or automotive industry experience is a plus!)
What You'll Do:
-Be the trusted connection between our Customers and our Service Team
-Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
-Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
-Maintain detailed and accurate service records and support our Technicians
-Help keep our Service Desk running like a well-oiled machine
-Be on the on call rotation to assist with after-hours inquiries
