Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Early Childhood Educator to support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of toddlers and young children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

Services
     * Collaborate with team members to adapt programming to the needs of each child.
     * Document observations and assessments for the supervisor.
     * Support children overall development.
     * Assist in preparing nutritious meals and snacks.
     * Adjust the environment to meet evolving program needs.
     * Follow supervision policies and procedures as outlined in the Parent Handbook.
    
     * Complete all reports and documentation accurately and on time.
     * Participate in meetings, workshops, and training as requested.
     * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Leadership
     * Provide direction, guidance, and mentors to new employees, practice students, and volunteers.
     * Demonstrate positive role modeling and uphold agency values.
     * Communicate and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team as needed.
