Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in both quick service and fine dining environments. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage staff effectively while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Train, develop, and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Establish staff work schedule according to the business needs.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering and stock management.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
Assist in budgeting and financial management for the food service department.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly.
Coordinate shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.

Requirements

Please note that this is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and requires availability for both morning and evening shifts, seven days a week.

Proven experience in food service management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and cash handling procedures.
