Marketing & Communications Director
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities, in collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns across business lines, ensuring brand consistency, resource efficiency, and measurable ROI.
Represent CAA Saskatchewan on a national marketing task force, collaborating with regional leaders to influence strategic direction.
Partner with IT to enhance data capabilities and drive data-informed campaign decisions, member engagement, and lead generation.
Guide creative direction and champion engaging content and digital initiatives that align with brand strategy.
Provide leadership on communication strategies and community engagement, ensuring compelling storytelling across platforms.
Oversee internal communications, media relations, and reputation management, including proactive and crisis communications.
Lead, mentor, and coach high-performing teams with clear goals tied to organizational success.
Model CAAs values and build strong cross-functional relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field (Masters an asset).
10+ years of progressive leadership in marketing and communications, ideally in a multi-line or membership-based setting.
Proven leadership across marketing, internal comms, PR, and advertising functions.
Strong coaching skills and a track record of team development.
Strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills and independence.
Strong relationship-builder with executives, media, and cross-functional teams.
Experience representing organizations on external committees or task forces.
