Are you a passionate leader with a vision for vibrant, inclusive communities and thriving cultural spaces? The City of Regina is seeking a Manager, Community & Cultural Development to lead a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing quality of life through culture, community investment, and capacity building.
In this key leadership role, youll:
- Lead strategic planning and operations for cultural programs, public art, and community partnerships
- Manage the Citys community investment grants and civic cultural assets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster inclusive, accessible community spaces
- Oversee budgeting, HR planning, and policy development for the branch
- Drive initiatives aligned with the Regina Cultural Plan and the Citys broader strategic goals
What You Bring:
- A degree in Public Administration, Arts Management, Community Development, or a related field
- 57 years of senior management experience in cultural/community development or municipal services
- Strong leadership, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of community needs, social issues, and cultural policy
