Description

Brandt Developments Ltd. is currently seeking a Developments Dispatcher for its Regina, SK, location. This role is responsible for dispatching building operations staff as well as third party vendors to conduct quality repairs, maintenance and provide new equipment installations.  This role is also responsible for customer follow-up by responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner. It is also the responsibility of this role to ensure work is completed within the designated timeframes, and that accurate billing is established prior to payment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Coordinate, order, schedule, and receive work of building maintenance vendors and personnel. Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable and contacting vendors as needed
*Complete accurate and timely data entry. Ensure quality controls are always maintained at Brandts standards.
*Develop a strong focus on problem-solving and project management skills, maintain confidentiality and utilize active listening skills to assess urgency of situations as they arise and respond professionally and accordingly.
*Identify deficiencies related to Brandt standards and, work to resolve them in collaboration with corporate branding, colleagues, tenants, and management.

Required Skills:
*Excellent interpersonal communications and interpretive skills. Relationship building is key to success in this role.
*Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to cope with changing client needs and deliver successful results within time frame, in a professional manner.

Required Experience:
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
*Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is considered an asset.
*3-5 years experience in a field related to real estate, property management/maintenance, or dispatching.
