The Outdoor Surface Company is a subsidiary of Extol Developments Inc. and a surface coatings installer in Regina, SK. We offer professional installation of polyspartic and epoxy coatings on wood and concrete surfaces, and general deck and concrete repair.
We are currently seeking a Surface Coatings Installer to join our team. This is an individual who is a self-starter with an energetic personality and results oriented work style, strong communication and client-facing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
-Install various coatings systems both indoors and outdoors.
-Operate power tools, hand tools, and other related equipment.
-Take direction from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks such as sanding, stripping, mixing, taping, nailing, loading and unloading equipment, etc.
-Handle and transport materials and equipment.
-Strictly maintain all safety standards.
Characteristics Needed to Succeed
-Physically able to stand, walk, kneel, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and perform other physical and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
-Knowledge of and ability to operate power tools and equipment.
-Ability to follow instruction and work as part of a team, or self-direct and work independently.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
