Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the worlds largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future.
Position and Responsibilities
-Operate a variety of mobile equipment to maintain the site, roads and airport in a safe and effective manner
-Haul slurry from McArthur River site to Key Lake site
Requirements of the position:
-Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
-Minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience
-Experience on dozer, backhoes, graders, vac trucks, large loaders
-Valid 1A license with a minimum of 150,000 B-train experience
-Willingness to perform manual labour as required
-Work a rotation schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
-Mobile crane operating experience
