Ahtahkakoop Riverbend Store( Previously the Olive Tree Restaurant and  Store, HWY 12 by Waldheim, SK.) is looking for Store /Clerks and Gas attendants must be 19 years  or older.
The store Clerk/ Gas Attendant is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to Company policies, procedures, and standards. Assist with regular clean up duties to ensure an efficient, safe, and clean store is maintained. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager, and the main responsibilities include;
Effectively works in a diverse team environment in a proficient and friendly manner.
Performs all aspects of filling appropriate fuel into vehicles as per Company minimum service standards, filling propane into vehicles
Stocking and display an efficient and organized manner proper stock levels in the Convenience Store are maintained. This may include assisting with the unloading of stock and/or supplies from suppliers vehicles where required.
Handles merchandise ensuring quality, minimizing damages, markdowns and ensures price integrity including price changes.
Performs general clean-up duties including, but not limited to, cleaning spills, cleaning display fixtures and equipment inside convenience store and out at pump islands, and cleaning washrooms to ensure a neat and organized department. Responsible for keeping the sales floor, back stock area and pump islands clean of cardboard and debris, as well as disposal of garbage.
Performs duties following established Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental regulations and policies to ensure the health and safety of all staff and safe handling of workplace hazardous materials.
Ensures the proper care, use and maintenance of equipment and tools. Reports repair requirements to the Operations Manager.
Assists with ordering merchandise and supplies where required.
