As a Service Sales Manager, youll lead a team in a safety-first culture, fostering open communication, mentorship, and accountability. Your leadership will shape a high-performing service department and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and delegate to service staff
Oversee planning, administration, and daily operations
Maintain integrity as signing authority
Drive service profitability and manage turnover
Ensure a safe, clean, and secure work environment
Assess customer needs and satisfaction
Build a motivated, communicative team culture

Qualifications:

Knowledge of ag and materials handling equipment
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Understanding of service metrics and inventory control
Exceptional leadership and time management
Licensed HD Mechanic preferred
Experience with New Holland equipment is an asset
