Are you an experienced construction professional looking to take the next step in your career? VCM Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to a Project Manager, this role is key to ensuring our projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.

What Youll Do:
As Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of each project, including:

Reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications to fully understand project requirements.
Preparing and tracking submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
Assisting with construction schedules, updates, and progress reporting.
Supporting field staff and ensuring clear communication across the project team.
Attending project meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items.
Assisting in project close-out, including commissioning, training, and turnover documentation.
Building strong relationships with Owners, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
What Were Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry (commercial or institutional preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with QA/QC, project documentation, and safety practices.
Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite.
