Customer Service:
Greet all guests with a smile and friendly attitude.
Assist guests in selecting menu items and offer recommendations.
Accurately and efficiently complete guests orders as per their preferences.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Food Preparation & Safety:
Prepare and serve food items (sandwiches, salads, etc.) according to Subway formula charts and quality standards.
Bake and prepare fresh bread daily following Subways baking procedures and timelines.
Follow food safety procedures, including proper handwashing, glove use, food storage, and temperature control.
Monitor and restock ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness of all areas including food prep area, customer dining space, and washrooms.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Cash Handling & POS Operation:
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
Balance the till at the beginning and end of shifts if required.
Inventory & Stocking:
Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
Rotate stock and check for product expiration dates.
Alert the Manager when inventory items are low or need to be reordered.
Teamwork:
Communicate clearly with fellow team members and management.
Help train new team members when necessary.
Follow instructions and support a positive working environment.
Compliance:
Adhere to all Subway policies and procedures.
Follow uniform and appearance standards at all times.
Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
