Were looking for a skilled Graphic Designer / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on design and customer-facing roleyoull get to flex both your creative and communication skills daily, working directly with our team and clients in person.

Design a wide range of signage projects using CorelDRAW (experience required)
Collaborate with customers to bring their ideas to life and provide exceptional service
Prepare files for large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and production
Assist with quoting and order entry as needed
Use AI design tools to brainstorm and enhance creative concepts
Work closely with our shop team to ensure projects are completed on time and at a high standard

Sign shop experience (preferred)  you know the ins and outs of file prep, print production, and install-ready artwork
Strong CorelDRAW skills (required)
An openness to leveraging AI tools to assist with design workflows
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be available to work in person at our Prince Albert location

What We Offer
$25.00 per hour starting wage
Full-time, MondayFriday 9:00 am  5:00 pm schedule (no evenings or weekends)
