About the Position
Morgotch Law has an opportunity for a Full Time Legal Administrative Assistant to work alongside Chantal and be a valued part of the team by providing a full range of legal administrative support to the assignments in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Office and Administrative Duties
    Prepare legal documents and correspondence  
    Input, revise, proofread, and redline documents
    Maintaining a highly organized, efficient, and logical filing system of all documents for working and archival purposes.
    Assemble and file documents electronically
    Maintain client files and contact information
    Order and maintain office supplies and materials
    Schedule meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
Client and Customer Service
    Greets clients as the face of the business, ensuring a high level of service and friendliness
    Process payment requests, and coordinate the client billing process
    Answer phones and greet clients and anyone coming in to the office
Other Duties as Assigned
