At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Safety Manager (Regions 1 & 2) to join our company working out of our West locations. You will play an essential role in building & supporting the safety programs & culture in our Western branches. Deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth!

You will:
-Direct/perform incident reporting, investigation, injury follow-up & prevention
-Maintain H&S Program
-Conduct safety training & maintain records
-Work with MSA & WCB
-Monitor OH&S meetings
-Report on H&S activities, injuries, implement corrective action & prevention
-Conduct hazard assessments, site inspections, maintain logs
-Coordinate & track fire drills
-Develop/maintain safety SOPs
-Work with HR & Training on safety training, onboarding, policies

You have:
-5+ years in safety-related role
-Training presentation exp
-Knowledge of ag or industrial industry
-Diploma/degree/cert in H&S, Canadian Registered Safety Prof Designation preferred
-WHMIS certified
-OH&S Practitioner is desired
-Emergency Preparedness & first aid
-Legislation knowledge for SK/MB
-Knowledge of WCB processes, safe operation of equipment, site safety & housekeeping
-Ability to flexible hours & travel, valid drivers license required
