Description

AGT Foods is looking for a worker to join our team at our Eston, SK location.  This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all basic housekeeping and re-processing functions throughout the facility as needed.
Responsible for implementing the Housekeeping / Sanitation program daily around the facility/grounds.
Follow all policies as developed in the Food Safety Program.
Complete basic warehouse duties.
Load containers and railcars of bagged/bulk product for export.
Operate automated bagging and processing equipment in shipping areas.
Monitor all check points where quality can be compromised within the warehouse area.

Skills:

Punctual, dependable, and reliable with the willingness to learn.
Able to communicate well with management and coworkers.
Work well as a part of a team or independently.
Capable of lifting weights up to 55lbs repeatedly.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Good organizational skills.
Experience in repetitive manual labour is an asset but is not a requirement.
Valid Class 5 license is an asset but not a requirement.
Background in agriculture and general knowledge of equipment an asset but not a requirement.
Computer literacy and technology skills are an asset but not a requirement.
