Manager, Public Engagement and Research
City of Regina | Full-Time | Leadership Role
The City of Regina is looking for a strategic and innovative leader to shape how we connect with residents and stakeholders. As Manager, Public Engagement and Research, youll lead city-wide initiatives that ensure public voices influence meaningful decisions.
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead public engagement strategies
Build trusted relationships with community partners
Guide research to inform City programs and policies
Lead a high-performing team and foster collaboration
You bring:
A degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years in a leadership role in engagement or outreach
Strong knowledge of public engagement practices
Experience in government or public sector (an asset)
CP3 certification (an asset)
