Description

Accountable for the preparation of the financial statements and related information for the SaskTel Annual and Quarterly reports. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly Management and Board of Directors financial reports for the SaskTel Holding Corporation andSubsidiary companies. Responsible for accounting and reporting of complex business combinations and related party transactions within the Corporation. Ensures all transactions and reporting is in adherence with International Reporting Standards (IFRS). Accountable for the timely and accurate financial reporting to CIC, Stats Canada, Province of Saskatchewan, CRTC and other external agencies and companies. Ensure all reporting meets CEO/CFO certification.
