Description

Bourgault Ind. seeks a finance team member to prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain records. Responsibilities include audits, month-end reporting, and cross-department collaboration to enhance financial processes. Gain hands-on experience in accounting principles, data analysis, budgeting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
-Prepare financial reports and statements
-Reconcile accounts and enter journal entries
-Maintain accurate financial records
-Review data for errors and report findings
-Assist with reconciliations and reporting
-Support audit preparation and inquiries
-Monitor transactions using accounting principles
-Collaborate across departments
-Improve procedures and documentation
-Track budgets and analyze variances
-Participate in data analysis and trend reporting

Education
-Diploma/degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; designation/willingness to obtain

Skills/Experience
-1-3 years in accounting with knowledge of financial reporting
-Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel; familiar with accounting systems
-Strong organizational and analytical skills
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
-Effective communication and collaboration
-Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies
