We're Hiring: Financial Management Analyst
Location: Regina | Full-time

Are you a financial professional with a passion for systems, strategy, and data integrity? The City of Regina is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analysis, system optimization, and reporting in a dynamic municipal environment.

What You'll Do:
Analyze financial and accounting processes, identifying areas for innovation
Lead development of accounting policies and financial systems procedures
Support and maintain Oracle EBS (GL, AP, AR, Tax, Procurement, etc.)
Create financial models, cost accounting tools, and long-range planning reports
Supervise and mentor Financial Administration Business Systems Analysts
Drive data integrity, benchmarking (MBN), and internal controls
Collaborate on corporate projects and reporting including PSAS and public accounts

What You Bring:
Degree in Accounting (CPA designation an asset)
35+ years of progressive experience in financial systems (Oracle EBS preferred)
Strong knowledge of PSAB, municipal finance, internal controls, and reporting
Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills
Proven leadership, project management, and communication abilities
