Now Hiring: Financial Business Partner
Location: Regina | Full-time

The City of Regina is seeking a Financial Business Partner to provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership. Youll support budgeting, capital planning, financial modeling, reporting, and compliance with public sector standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise on budgets, policy, taxation, and financial controls
Develop financial models, cost proposals, and performance reports
Support capital accounting, collective bargaining, and long-range planning
Ensure compliance with PSAB standards and internal policies
Act as the link between departments and Financial Services

What You Bring:
Strong knowledge of municipal finance, PSAB, and budgeting
Experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Ability to lead, influence, and support financial decision-making
