Madera Kitchen & Bath Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team of dedicated craftspeople. This full-time position is based on a four-day work week (four 10-hour days), giving our team extended weekends and a strong work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and within a team, producing cabinetry and custom components to exacting standards. Youll build everything from cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors to solid wood furniture, countertops, and specialty millwork. Experience in a production-style cabinet shop is an asset, but a strong eye for detail, organization, and consistency are most important.

Applicants should be capable of operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including CNC routers, edgebanders, sliding table saws, shapers, planers, jointers, clamping systems, vacuum presses, and various hand and power tools. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle trailers, forklifts, or skid steers are also required.
