Madera Kitchen & Bath Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team of dedicated craftspeople. We take pride in producing some of the areas most premier kitchens and architectural millwork projects, built with precision, creativity, and care. This full-time position is based on a four-day work week (four 10-hour days), giving our team extended weekends and a strong work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and within a team, producing cabinetry and custom components to exacting standards. Youll build everything from cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors to solid wood furniture, countertops, and specialty millwork. Experience in a production-style cabinet shop is an asset, but a strong eye for detail, organization, and consistency are most important.

Applicants should be capable of operating and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including CNC routers, edgebanders, sliding table saws, shapers, planers, jointers, clamping systems, vacuum presses, and various hand and power tools. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and the ability to handle trailers, forklifts, or skid steers are also required.
