What Youll Do

Sales & Customer Service

Greet customers and guide them through flooring selections
Offer expert advice on styles, materials, and installation options
Prepare accurate quotes and close sales with confidence


Site Measurements & Project Scoping

Visit client locations to take precise measurements
Assess project scope and provide tailored recommendations


Installer Coordination

Schedule and oversee installation teams
Ensure timely, high-quality project completion
Serve as the key liaison between customers and installers


Team Collaboration

Partner with the in-store sales team to meet monthly goals
Share insights and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture

What You Bring

Proven retail sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read floor plans and take accurate measurements
Basic project management or coordination experience
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using POS systems and CRM software
