Eagles Nest Youth Ranch is seeking casual, part-time and FULL-TIME Youth Care Workers.

We operate 10 group homes within Prince Albert and 2 in Christopher Lake Area.

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides essential 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth, and residents with low cognitive skills. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines & limits, nurturing & understanding, and teach values & skills required for successful living.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, have a valid Class 5 Novice 2 or higher Driver's License and possess their own transportation.  

Applications must include:
- cover letter
- resume detailing (1) their hours of availability for work each day of the week and (2) three references, with at least two being director supervisors
- CLEAR CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK including vulnerable sector query obtained at Prince Albert City Police or RCMP
- copy of your valid Driver's License

Qualifications:  Preference will be given to candidates with post secondary education in Youth Care Work, Social Work, Counseling or other related disciplines and/or 1-2 years of previous work experience in human services.

Salary ranges from $20.94 - 31.67/hour depending on position, education and experience.
