Our RF Mgrs deliver exceptional service by marketing services provided by John Deere Financial (JDF), bringing value to the brand. You will promote all aspects of the JDF business, supporting the sales finance process for the company.

Responsibilities
-Work with Managers to create custom finance programs using JDF Select My Programs, focused on aged inventory & market share growth
-Assist Sales Dept with sales finance process, training & quotes
-Manage the JDF lease maturity process
-Provide finance advice to Sales Dept & customers in structuring deals to meet customers needs
-Train/support Sales Dept on finance initiatives
-Manage dealer fund programs (Single Pool Funds, Medallion, Small Ag Settlement Allowance, Dealer Growth Budget)
-Maximize CERES Revenue Enhancement opportunities
-Manage inventory reserves, with target funds on aged pieces
-Provide insight competitive/inline programs & market development

Requirements
-Strong interpersonal & communication skills, adapting to different personalities
-Business/Commerce/related education, or 3-5 years work exp in equipment finance
-Exp in finance roles preferred
-Exp in Ag Equipment industry an asset
-Valid drivers license, ability to travel
-Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
