- Ensure cleaning work is done in timely and consistent manner.
- Plan, assign, oversee, and review cleaning jobs of housekeepers.
- Assign rooms/area to housekeepers for cleaning.
- Monitor and train any new housekeeping employees.
- Report any issues requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement to the front desk.
- Ensure that the cleaning activities are complete and meet the Ramada brands quality standard and safety standards.
- Co-ordinate and lead laundry tasks.
- Monitor and keep inventory of cleaning products, equipment, linens and uniforms.
- Receive and resolve complaints/requests from guests.
